Matthew Pagliaro

Connection Codes Coach

Matthew is a certified Connection Codes Coach, passionate about helping men prepare for and navigate long-term relationships and major life decisions with confidence. His coaching is specifically designed for young men who feel stuck or are in need of guidance, whether they are single and seeking self-improvement, engaged, newly married, or facing difficulties in their marriages.

Matthew's diverse background provides a unique foundation for his coaching. As a Registered Nurse since 2013, with experience in high-stakes environments like the ICU, he has cultivated a deep understanding of human stress and the importance of compassionate care. His ability to remain calm under pressure and provide empathetic support is a core part of his coaching philosophy.

Furthermore, his past leadership roles as a union president and council member have equipped him with invaluable skills in communication, conflict resolution, and guiding people toward positive outcomes.

Through his coaching process, Matthew empowers his clients to build stronger emotional connections, improve communication, and develop the self-awareness needed to build a fulfilling life and successful, lasting relationships.

ERICA PAGLIARO

HeartSync Facilitator

PASTOR OF STUDENT LIFE MINISTRY
Student Life Ministry: Contact studentlife@legacynb.com

Erica is a HeartSync Facilitator dedicated to guiding individuals toward inner healing and spiritual wholeness. Her work helps people resolve deep-seated emotional pain and spiritual wounds, creating a closer connection with God. As the Pastor of Children's and Student Life Ministry, she has spent years teaching people to hear from and follow the Holy Spirit, a passion that she now brings to her private practice.

Erica's unique approach to healing is reflected in her motto, "Last Round, Best Round," which she developed while working as a personal trainer. She believes that just as the body is primed to surpass expectations in the final moments of a workout, so too can the spirit thrive and heal even in life's most challenging "last rounds." This principle drives her work, empowering her clients to dig deep, hear what God says about them, and walk in the fullness of their identity.

Beyond her pastoral and healing work, Erica is a fitness professional, homeschool mom, and a committed member of her community. She channels her diverse experiences—from ministry to physical training—into a holistic perspective on wellness, helping people find strength and harmony in their mind, body, and spirit.
